From today, I would like to define RJ (Royal Jordanian Airlines) as a carrier of LCC or less service than LCC. When I got into the ship, there's no luggage space above my seat and I was trying to find a space for it. But the cabin crew (Male, Jordanian) just looked at me with folding his arms. This cabin crew instructed another crew (Female, Asian) to work hard, but he was sitting on the seat near the ship tail and reading newspaper. What's more, after serving meal, this male crew started to sleep on a passenger's seat. Is this how a cabin crew should be? I really want to ask the personel manager of RJ that who are security staffs to protect passengers in emergency cases in ships? Today I was really disappointed on RJ even though this is the 8th times to fly with RJ this year.
