At the check-in counter, the RJ ground staff asked me to wait for a while for seats of this ship is overbooking. After I told him that I have already done Online Check-in and my booking is Business Class, he still said "Sir, your ticket is Economy Class". I required him to check again and then he appologized and issued boarding pass to me. I don't know it's their SYSTEM Error or HUMAN Error, but it incurred my displeasure.

Even when boarding, RJ staffs didn't let start from passengers of Business class, OneWorld Emerald or Sapphire holders. There was no line for boarding and it made me doubt weather I'm in China or not.

In the ship, I was happy to be servered by a Thai Yahala (Yahara means the chief cabin crew in RJ), she could speak Thai, English, Japanese and a bit Arabic. All her services were provided with smile, good attitude and her hebehavior was also elegant. Sometimes, RJ's cabin crews were NOT SO PROFESSIONAL and services were not good, but this experience let me have a nice flight and I am sure RJ made a correct choice to recruit this cabin crew from Thailand.
