The ground service of Jetstar Asia in Taoyuan Int'l Airport was contracted by TransAsia Airways. As the photo shown below, ticket issue system was downed and even check-in counter closing time was passed, there's still a lot of passengers were waiting in front of the counter. Slow speed and hand writing boarding pass was acceptable, but I don't know why they didn't try to express the reason and appologize to passengers. What I could see was the chief staff shouted to young staffs. I really felt bad to see it.
