Almost all cabin crews of TransAsia Airways have good hostability spirits, but if they got more education and training of Language and Courtesy, for me, they are better than cabin crews of other airlines, even those 2 Japanese airlines. I do understand TransAsia Airways locates between LCC (Low Cost Carrier) and Full Service Carrier and its tickets are cheap. But comparing with Business Class of other airlines, its Business Class still need to implement. For example, the level of food in Business Class is similar to Premium Economy Class of other airlines. I am sure if TransAsia Airways raises 30 USD and spends it on food, all passengers will have a high satisfaction level and TransAsia can get more repeaters.
