I rarely use JAL, but through this flight, I really wonder how could they serve passengers so well and with smiles always. It's totally different from the airlines (TG, Thai Airways) I use often on this segment. There are many points different but here I just want to say that even JAL's craft is old, but their cabin crews travel in cabin every 30 minutes to catch your requests. I have never seen this situation when I use TG. Actually, most of its cabin crews are busy on talking at the decks.
