The cabin crew's service was so good and it seemed she treated me as her son. When I was reading, she turned on my personal LED light for me. When I finished reading, she gave me a cup of coffee and biscuit. When I started to prepare arrival card, she handed over me a pen. Her age seemed to be more than 50, but her smile was so unforgetable and she knew what is "O Mo Te Na Shi（おもてなし）", “to entertain guests wholeheartedly” in English.
